 Definitions

“Toye Graphics” means Toye Graphics Limited – Company number SC357632 – registered in Scotland.

 

 

 

“Toye Graphics Website” means www.toyegraphics.co.uk.

“The Client” is the party looking to purchase goods and/or services offered by

ToyeGraphics.co.uk.

“Contract” is the agreement between Toye Graphics and the The Client.

 

 

 

Quotations and Contracts

Written quotations provided by Toye Graphics are valid for 30 days from the date on the

quotation.

Toye Graphics reserve the right to refuse to work on a project at their discretion, for

example if they find a project distasteful or morally questionable.

Contracts can be “signed” via email or on paper. By signing a contract you agree to these

terms of service. You Automatically agree to our terms on payment via our website.

 

 

Deposits and Payment Schedules

When placing an order on Toye Graphics website, you are automatically agreeing to Toye Graphics terms. Full payment must be made before any work is commenced.

Cheques that do not clear will incur a £20 administration charge.

 

 

Designs

 

 

 

It is upto The Client to check that any design Toye Graphics does, is 100% correct. Toye Graphics has no responsibility. Any design uploaded to the Toye Graphics Website, must be print ready, or a £10 fee will incur.

Delivery dates and Timescale

ToyeGraphics.co.uk will quote a delivery date on a per-project basis. While ToyeGraphics.co.uk

endeavor to meet this date they are not responsible for any delay resulting directly or indirectly from the actions of the client, or from unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ToyeGraphics.co.uk. Any delivery dates that Toye Graphics give out, are for guidelines only and are not exact and should not be taken as.

 

 

 

Defects

If a defect to any delivered good occurs, for which Toye Graphics are responsible, Toye Graphics reserves the right to offer a replacement or reprint. If the defect applies to below or up to 10% of the full quantity, Toye Graphics reserves the right to deem this of satisfactory quality, and therefore this order is to be accepted. Toye Graphics must be informed within 7 days from delivery, otherwise we reserve the right to offer no reprint/refund for this order.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Due to the nature of the printing industry and the products that we provide, ToyeGraphics.co.uk are unable to refund or accept any cancelations or changes to orders. Once payment is made, you are automatically agreeing to these terms of services, as stated on your invoice.
