Our Folders are exceptional quality. Made from 350gsm card matt or gloss card, they offer a stylish way to promote your business. We offer many finishing options such as Gussets, Lamination, die cutting and Business Card Slots. If you would like to hear more about these options please contact us. At Toye Graphics, we know when you buy your Folders, you want to make sure they are right. That’s why we offer one completely free printed sample with your artwork upon it. We will even pay the postage for you. Give us an email or phone on 0800 228 9295 for details.

Our full colour presentation folders are available in a selection of sizes, we offer A5 presentation folders and A4 presentation folders which will hold approximately 1-10 sheets of paper. We also offer A5 presentation folders and A4 presentation folders with a 5mm capacity gusset, these will hold approximately 30-50 sheets of paper. Our A4 presentation folders come with a business card slot. Both sizes are printed onto high quality FSC Certified 350gsm gloss or matt card.

Presentation Folder Printing

Toye graphics presentation folders are a great way to show to your clients how professional you really are. They are handy for holding all the documents that your Client will acquire from you over time, it also acts as a advertising / promotion item. Do you provide you clients with quotes? Why not give it to them inside one of our folders, along with some information about your company. Our Printed folders will help increase your conversion rate.

There are many different options available on our presentation folders. These include CD holders built into the pocket, DVD holders, double or single pockets, full colour inside and out, or just outside. Give us a call on 0800 228 9295, to discuss, or fill in our bespoke quote form if you know what you want, and we will get back to you with a quote asap.

All out Presentation Folders are printed in full colour on our digital press for quantities upto 1000, and over this we use our litho press. We do this, so we are able to offer them at low quantities, whilst still being affordable.

All our Presentation folders are printed on extra thick 400gsm card. We offer a choice of Luxury Matte or Impact Gloss lamination at absolutely no extra charge. We offer both outside printed and inside printing on our presentation folders. Business card slots are available on all our folders. These will be placed on the pocket on the inside of the folder. This allows you to add that extra personal touch when handing out your folder, with your company information inside. We offer both flat folders, which hold aprox 10-15 sheets of 80gsm paper, and folders with a 5mm gusset, to hold aprox 30-40 sheets of paper.

On all our Presentation Folders, we offer one completely FREE printed proof (worth £25). This will be printed on the machines that your folders will be printed on, so the colours will be what you should expect when and if you go for the full print run. Your free proof will be posted via 1st class Royal mail and will be posted made up, ready to be used. Once you receive this, you can check our how your folder will look and decide if any changes need to be made before you go ahead.

As always, our design team are on if you need our creative services. Our team will take your design brief, company logo, colours and any images and text, create your folder, and send you via email a PDF Proof. Payment for the design is required before our team sets about starting on your artwork.
