How do I know  am getting good quality? 

Easy. order one of our Free Sample Packs and we will send you samples of all our print products. This ensures you know exactly what your ordering. 

How low are your prices? 

Very. Find a like for like products else where for less, drop us an email and we will do our best to beat if not match it.

I have made my order, but how long will it take to arrive? 

Our normal turnaround for all standard products listed on our Website is 5-7 working days. If however you urgently need it quicker, do give us a ring and we will see what we can do.

Can you do my design for me?

We would be more than happy to! Click on our design services page to find out more.

Can i design it myself?

Sure, not a problem. If you need a template, just give a ring and we will email you the required one. Once you have your artwork completed, simply upload it when placing your order.

Does my hair look okay today?

Gorgeous, now stop fretting.

What file types can you accept my artwork in?

We can take most file types but we prefer your files in a press ready PDF. However TIFF, JPEG, PSD and Indesign are all fine too.

Do your prices include VAT?

We are currently not VAT registered as we want to be able to keep the costs down for you. So no there is no VAT to be added to any ordered placed.

What happens if I have to cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any orders once placed. This is simply due to the type of product you are buying. We create your print specifically for you.

What I am looking for is not listed on your Website, can you quote me for a bespoke product?

Sure. Fill in a bespoke quote form and we will get back to you in double quick time.

Do these shoes match my dress?

I have already told you.. stop fretting, you look fine.

How do I place an order??

That's the easy bit! Simple click on the product you need to the left hand side, and select the appropriate product options. Once you have done this, sign up for an account with us, and pay through the PayPal payment Gateway. Alternatively, we can take orders over the phone. Give us a ring on 0800 228 9295.

Can we meet up to discuss my order?

Unfortunately, as we are trying to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not have the facilities for having clients over. However, we are more than happy to chat on the phone for hours on end about every little detail of your order.
